Contribute as an individual contributor for deployment of architectural roadmap. Conduct the requirements analysis and system engineering study with key IT customers. Share inputs with supervisor related to rquirements and feature validations. Work independently with user to develop and test End-to-End Scenarios (E2E) during User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Resolve queries. Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered. Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area. Capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles.May lead/manage small teams for small projects. Capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision. Demonstrate a level of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards, within the relevant field of specialisation. Interact with customers of IT to understand customer requirements, Align IT Tools/ Applications and Support Systems for domains- (Portals, Enterprise, Fulfillment and Delivery, Billing), define and help adopt organization wide guidelines in these domains; Develop and execute an architecture roadmap to support the customer requirements through specific details such as gap analysis, enhancements, buy vs. build decisions etc. Based upon business needs, best practices, market trends, drive the requirements analysis and system engineering study with key IT customers (Product, Order Management, Provisioning, Billing, SA teams) and BE team to scope business needs and requirements; Share inputs to perform requirements rationalization and feature validation; Provide inputs on development of User Business Requirements along with the user. Guide the selection of vendors for implementation in case of new projects/major change requirements. Create the HLD definition (solutions approach). Discuss HLD with Delivery and review with users;
