Required Skills:¿ Should have good communication Skills¿ Should be flexible to rotational shifts, resolving the technical issues and adaptive to new technologies.¿ Should be customer oriented¿ Should have good technical skills like Hardware/Software/VPN/ troubleshooting, MS office/MS Lync application installation & troubleshooting, Windows OS (XP,7,8 & 10) Installation & troubleshooting, Anti Virus & Patch management, Diagnosing UPS related issues,¿ Knowledge on Symantec End Point Protection Antivirus software, Data loss prevention tool, Check point end point security¿ Technical/ Process Certification like MCP/MCSE/ITIL V3 will be an added advantageResponsibilities:Monitoring Ticketing tool with respect to tickets, alerts etc..Resolving the Incident/ Service tickets, within SLAImage deployment on machine/system built and configurationClosure of the ticket with proper log notes/Maintaining ticket hygieneVendor/OEM Coordination for resolving the UPS/other hardware/software issuesTimely escalation to next level for un resolved problem Follow Process/SOP for any deployment/installation/configurationHardware troubleshooting/replacement in the laptops/desktops/Printers/Scanners etc..Start day checks at Airport locations onlyProvide end to end support in all EUC projectsInstall manufacturer¿s recommended changes including service packs, updates of firmware/BIOS, security patches for EUC devices based on agreed Service Level¿sCleanse data storage devices in accordance with customer defined policies based on agreed Service Level¿sProvide on site support to customer locations as required for maintenance & support activities based on agreed Service Level¿sUPS maintenance, support and monitoring
