What We’re Looking For :

• Experience with HR systems and data analysis tools (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Excel, Tableau, etc.)Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Collect, analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to identify and prioritize data analysis needs.
• Conduct research and analyze data related to HR operations, recruitment, retention, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and other HR related topics.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Participate in the design and implementation of HR data systems and processes.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
