Selection Process :

• The Selection Process will consists of calculation of API score 100 marks Annexure -i and interwiew process 15 marks merit list will be prepared by adding 85% of API score and marks obtained in interview out of 15
• Alimited no of candidates maximim 5 times of total vacant posts will be selected merit wise for the basis of API score it is also mentioned here that candidates scoring marks equal to that of the last qualified candidate in the API score shall also be called for interview /personality test in the list of recommendation merit position of candidates securing equal marks will be finalized as per their seniority of age.

Aoolicants should avoid submitting multiple applications however if due to any unavoidable circumsatance any applicant submits multiple applications then he /she must ensure that the application with latest receipt number is complete in all respescts
in case of multiple application the application with receipt number shall only be entertained by the commission and fee paid against one receipt number shall not be sdjusted against any other receipt number.

About Us :

The provision for constitution of Public Service Commission was first incorporated under Article 96C of the Government of India Act,1919. Thereafter in 1923 ‘Lee Commission’ was constituted for the purpose of formulating the principles/terms and conditions of Public Service Commission. Subsequently, as per recommendations of the ‘Lee Commission’ Federal Public Service Commission was established in India for the first time, on 1st October, 1926. Lee Commission also recommended for establishment of Provincial Public Service Commission its statehood on 21st January,1972  and Tripura Public Service Commission was established on 30th October, 1972, under the provisions of Article 315 of the Constitution of India. Sri G.P.Bagchi was the first Chairman and Sri I. K. Roy was the first Member of the Tripura Public Service Commission. The Commission is, at present, located at the old Assembly House of Tripura, at Akhaura Road, Agartala
